Acceptance ofpermit is verification that I will notify the owner ofthe property of the requirements ofFlorida Lien Law, FS 713.
The City of Sanford requires payment ofa plan review fee at the time ofpermit submittal. A copy of the executed contract is requiredinordertocalculateaplanreviewchargeandwillbeconsideredtheestimatedconstructionvalueofthejobatthetimeofsubmittal. The actual construction value will be figured based on the current ICC Valuation Table in effect at the time the permit is issued, inaccordancewithlocalordinance. Should calculated charges figured off the executed contract exceed the actual construction value, credit will be applied to your permit fees when the permit is issued.

Jennifer, I just spoke with the homeowner about this job at 1210 Magnolia, he had called the manufacturer of
the existing water heater, there is a possibility of them covering the failed parts under warranty. He is
supposed to call me back tomorrow. I've pulled the form for the appropriateness and will keep you posted on
whether we will actually need this permit or whether it will simply end up being a maintenance call instead.
Thank you for your time and help and I will contact you Tuesday, as soon as I hear anything.

I have called the homeowner a couple of times and am not getting a return call ...... not sure what resolution
they have made, they may have contacted the mfr. and gotten replacement parts for their existing unit
instead of replacing it.
I'm sorry that I don't have more decisive answers for you.
