Subject: RE: 1424 Travertine Ter - Building Permit
Mr. Thomas — Good morning!
It was a pleasure speaking with you earlier. The information you provided was most helpful and addressed the questions
we had and evidently the HOA as well. Consequently, my office (Planning) will sign off on the building permit and return
to the Building Department for processing. As discussed, please forward copy of the HOA approval and your engineer's
letter for our records.
Thank you and again, please give my regards to Kevin Miller and Linh Dang too.
Most sincerely,

He is requesting to, construct a rear screen porch consisting of 32 SF footer. The top of the porch will also be screened.
Thisputs his total impervious area at less than the allowable 1,800 SF.
We previously discussed this project and you indicated the SJRWMD permitting would not be required for this screen
porch.
I am requesting confirmation of this to provide to the Homeowners Association.
Contact me if you have any questions.
