The City of Sanford requires payment of a plan review fee at the time of permit submittal. A copy of the executed contract is required
in order to calculate a plan review charge and will be considered the estimated construction value of the job at the time of submittal.
The actual construction value will be figured based on the current ICC Valuation Table in effect at the time the permit is issued, in
accordance with local ordinance. Should calculated charges figured off the executed contract exceed the actual construction value,
credit will be applied to your permit fees when the permit is issued.

be managed by Agent under this Agreement (the "Premises") is known as a single family residences described in "

not be held liable in the event of bankruptcy or failure of it depository. Funds in the Operating (and/or) Reserve
Account(s) rernain theproperty of Owner subject to disbursement of expenses by Agent
tenants or other persons from the Premises, Agent, is authorized to sign and serve such notices as Agent deems
necessary for lease enforcement, includirig the collection of rent or other income. Agent is authorized, when
expedient, to settle, compromise, arid rcletise such legal actions or suits or reinstate such tenancies. Any monies for
such settlements paid out by Agent shall not exceed SO.00 without prior approval by Owner. Attorneys' fees, riling
fees, court costs, and other necessary expenses incurred in connection with such actions and not recovered from
tenants shall be paid out of the Operating (and/or) Reserve Account(s) or reimbursed directly to Agent by Owner.

contracts for nonrecurring items of expense. not to exceed 1.1,150.00 unless approvedby Owner, and to
enter into agreements in Owtier's name for all necessary repairs, maintenance, minor alter-atinns, and utility services.
Agent shall, in Owner's name and at Owner's expense, make contracts on Owner's behalf for electricity, gas, telephone,
fuel, or water, and such other services as Agent shall deem necessary or prudent for the operation of
the Premises. All utility deposits shall be the Owner's responsibility, except that Agent may pay same from tile
Operating (andlor) Reserve Account(s) at Owner's request. Section I I RELATIONSHIP OF
AGENT TO OWNER The relationship of the panics
