Roof Mounted Solar Array Structural Certification
The solar array to be mounted on the above referenced location has been evaluated and found to be in
compliance with the 2014 Florida Building Code 5th Edition and 2014 Florida Building Code
Residential 5th Edition.
The same wind load can be expected for the solar array as with the original roof structure as the pitch of
the array is the same as the original roof pitch. It is my professional opinion and experience that the
attachments provide a significant factor of safety to overcome uplift from wind at 149 mph 3 sec gust and
exposure C and shear from wind and array weight.
The verification of the structural integrity of the roof structure is the responsibility of the contractor.

MAXIMO SOLAR INDUSTRIES CORP ("MSI Corp")
and John Whaley subscribe the following sales contract for Warranties:
the installation of a photovoltaic solar system in 109 MSI Corp is not responsible for damages caused to the system
Yorktown Place Sanford, FL 32771. The system includes by: robbery, fire, or nature manifestations such as flood,
documentation, design, installation and electrical materials in lightning, earthquake or hurricane. Any alteration, neglect, or
accordance with Utility Requirements. abuse of the product involves the cancellation of the

Through this contract, MSI Corp, guarantees the installation of
the photovoltaic solar system according to the above

Subcontractors:
CONTRACTOR, may at its discretion, engage Subcontractors, to
perform work hereunder, provided CONTRACTOR shall fully
pay said subcontractor and in all instances and remain
responsible for the proper completion of this contract.
Permitting:
CONTRACTOR shall at its own expense obtain all permits
necessary for the new work to be performed. In the event that
existing portions of the building are inconsistent with the
records of the AH1 and the AH1 requires reconciliation of
existing building documentation, CONTRACTOR will not be
liable for reconciliation of existing building documentation with
AH1.
CONDITIONS NOT INCLUDED IN CONTRACT:
Units, equipment or meters movement, before or
after installation.
Requirement of special relocation of the disconnector.
Electric certifications not related to the solar
photovoltaic system.
Equipment repairs after warranties timeframe.
Electric repairs not related to solar systems sold by
MSI Corp.
Additional insurance, studies or permits required.
CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES:
The unit/project is property of MSI Corp until total payments
agreed in this contract are completed. The customer
undertakes to authorize and allow company employees to
enter property grounds, in the address provided in this
agreement, at reasonable hours, during the term of this
contract, for the purposes of installing, modifying and
inspecting the equipment associated with the photovoltaic
