Signature Authorization Policy

Purpose: The purpose of this policy is to establish corporate guidelines and responsibilities regarding the
authorization of those responsible for approving certain corporate obligations on behalf of Opendoor Labs Inc. (the
Company ') necessary to conduct business operations. This policy does not affect matters which are reserved to the
Board (e.g., approval of the annual budget, this policy, new corporations, mergers and acquisitions; CEO hiring and
termination).
Scope: This policy applies to all corporate obligations of the Company and its subsidiaries and any affiliates and for
all dollar amounts.
Responsibility: It is the responsibility of the CEO or his designee to execute this policy. It is the responsibility of
the CEO and any Vice Presidents (VP) and others identified in this policy to be aware ofand adhere to the requirements
of this policy and to assure that their subordinates adhere to the Policy's requirements.
Administration: The Authorization Schedule attached hereto identifies the approvals necessary for each of the
various transactions to which this policy applies. The CEO may authorize signatories for the transactions set forth in
the Authorization Schedule as necessary to conduct daily business operations by updating and executing the list of
signers attached as Exhibit A hereto. The CEO may revoke signing authority by updating Exhibit A accordingly. The
CEO will oversee the proper notification of the Company's banks whenever authorized signature changes are made.
