AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA,
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1097 OF SAID CITY;
SAID ORDINANCE BEING A ZONING PLAN; SAID
AMENDMENT CHANGING THE ZONING OF A PORTION OF
THAT CERTAIN PROPERTY LYING BETWEEN AIRPORT
BOULEVARD AND INTERSTATE 1-4 AND BETWEEN
STATE ROAD 46 AND SEABOARD COASTLINE RAILROAD
RIGHT-OF-WAY FROM AD (AGRICULTURAL) DISTRICT
TO RI-1 (RESTRICTED INDUSTRIAL) DISTRICT AND
GC-2 (GENERAL COMMERCIAL) DISTRICT; PROVIDING
FOR SEVERABILITY, CONFLICTS AND EFFECTIVE
DATE.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That Ordinance No. 1097 of the City of
Sanford, Florida, passed and adopted December 11, 1972, said
ordinance being the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of the City of
Sanford, Florida, regulating and restricting the location and use
of buildings, structures, land, and water from trade, industry,
residence or other purposes, be and the same is hereby amended as
follows:
Lots 18 and 19, SMITH'S THIRD SUBDIVISION,
Plat Book 1, Page 86, as recorded in the
Public Records of Seminole County, Florida;
be and the same is hereby rezoned from AD (Agricultural) District
to GC-2 (General Commercial) District.
SECTION 2: That Ordinance No. 1097 of the City of
Sanford, Florida, passed and adopted December 11, 1972, said
ordinance being the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of the City of
Sanford, Florida, regulating and restricting the location and use
of buildings, structures, land and water from trade, industry,
residence or other purposes, be and the same is hereby amended as
follows:
Lot 31, SMITH'S THIRD SUBDIVISION, Plat Book
1, Page 86, as recorded in the Public Records
of Seminole County, Florida;
be and the same is hereby rezoned from AD (Agricultural) District
to RI-1 (Restricted Industrial) District.
SECTION 3: If any section or portion of a section of
this ordinance proves to be invalid, unlawful or unconstitu-
tional, it shall not be held to impair the validity, force or
effect of any other section or part of this ordinance.
SECTION 4: That all ordinances or parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith be and the same are hereby revoked.
SECTION 5: That this ordinance shall become effective
immediately upon its passage and adoption.
