AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA,
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1097 OF SAID CITY; SAID
ORDINANCE BEING A ZONING PLAN; SAID AMENDMENT
CHANGING THE ZONING OF A PORTION OF THAT CERTAIN
PROPERTY LYING BETWEEN AIRPORT BOULEVARD AND
CORNWALL ROAD AND BETWEEN SANFORD AVENUE AND THE
SEABOARD COAST LINE RAILROAD RIGHT-OF-WAY FROM
SR-1AA (SINGLE-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL) DISTRICT TO
MODIFIED PUD-AA (SINGLE- FAMILY RESIDENTIAL
DWELLING) DISTRICT; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY,
CONFLICTS, AND EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That Ordinance No. 1097 of the City of Sanford,
Florida, passed and adopted December 11, 1972, said ordinance being
the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of the City of Sanford, Florida,
regulating and restricting the location and use of buildings,
structures, land, and water from trade, industry, residence or other
purposes, be and the same is hereby amended as follows: That the real
property described as follows:
Section 7, Township 20 South, Range 31 East,
North 249.72 feet of South 849.72 feet of West
927.55 feet of North one-half of Northwest one-
quarter (less the South 178.72 feet of the West
300 feet and Road); AND North 509.22 feet of
South 778.72 feet of West 300 feet of North one-
half of NOrthwest one-quarter (Less Road and
Begin Southeast Corner Run West 83.47 feet,
North 54° 50 Minutes 40 Seconds East 102 feet
South to Beginning); AND Replat of Sanera Units 1
& 2, Plat Book 17, Pages 11 and 12; AND Granada
Townhomes at Sanera Condominium Unit One, Plat
Book 20, Pages 1 and 2; AND Castille Townhomes
Condominiums, Plat Book 20, Pages 14 and 15, AND
Madeira Townhomes Condominiums, Plat Book 20,
Pages 16 and 17; AND Sanera South Unit 1, Plat
Book 19, Pages 76 and 77, Public Records of
Seminole County, Fiorida o
be and the same is hereby rezoned from SR-1AA (Single-Family
Residential) District to Modified PUD-AA (Single-Family Residential
Dwelling) District.
SECTION 2: If any section or portion of a section of this
Ordinance proves to be invalid, unlawful or unconstitutional, it
shall not be held to invalidate or impair the validity, force or effect
of any other section or part of this ordinance.
SECTION 3: That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith, be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 4: That this Ordinance shall become effective
immediately upon its passage and adoption.
