PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY, CONFLICTS, AND EFFECTIVE
DATE.
BE IT ENACI'~D BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That Ordinance No. 1097 of the City of Sanford,
Florida, passed. and adopted December 11, 1972, said ordinance being the
Comprehensive Zc~ing Ordinance of the City of Sanford, Florida, regulating
and restricting the location and use of buildings, structures, land, and
water from trade, industry, residence or other purposes, be and the sane
is hereby ranended as follows: That the real property described as follows:

be and the same is hereby rezoned fran SR-1 (Single-Family Residential
DWelling) District to RI-1 (Restricted Industrial) District.
SECTION 2: If any section or portion of a section of this
ordinance proves to be invalid, unlawful, or unconstitutional, it shall
not be held to invalidate or impair the validity, force or effect of any
other section or part of this ordinance.
SECTION 3: That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith, be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 4: That this ordinance shall beccme effective
immediately upon its passage and adoption.
