ORDINANCE NO. 1693
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CIr~ OF SANFORD, FLORIDA, i-
CLOSING, VACATING AND ABANDONING PORTIONS OF
DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENTS LYING SOUTH OF
RIDGEWOOD LANE AND WEST OF RIDGEWOOD AVENUE;
PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY, CONFLICTS AND
EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That portions of Drainage and Utility Easements
lying South of Ridgewood Lane and West of Ridgewood Avenue, as described
as follows:
The West three feet (Less the Southerly seven feet)
of a 10 foot wide Drainage and Utility Easement
lying West of and adjacent to the East line of
Lot 12, RIDGEWOOD ACRES, according to the Plat
thereof as recorded in Plat Book 24, Page 64, of the
Public Records of Seminole County, Florida.
AND
The North four feet (Less the Easterly 10 feet
and the Westerly seven feet) of a 20 foot wide
Drainage and Utility Easement lying North of
and adjacent to the South Line of Lot 1t,
RIDGEWOOD ACRES, according to the Plat thereof
as recorded in Plat Book 24, Page 64, of the
Public Records of Seminole County, Florida.
be and the sameare hereby closed, vacated and abandoned as an easement
in the City of Sanford, Florida, and the City does hereby disclaim for
itself and the public all interest therein.
SECTION 2: If any section or portion of a section of this
ordinance proves to be invalid, unlawful, or unconstitutional, it shall not
be held to invalidate or impair the validity, force or effect of any other
section or part of this ordinance.
SECTION 3: That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith, be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 4: That this ordinance shall become effective
immediately upon its passage and adoption.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this Ninth day of April A.D.
