commenced prior to the issuance of a permit and that all work will be performed to meet standards of all laws regulating construction
in this jurisdiction. I understand that a separate permit must be secured for electrical work, plumbing, signs, wells, pools,
furnaces, boilers, heaters, tanks, and air conditioners, etc.

property values in the community. This courtesy notice is not meant to offend or violate your privacy, we are merely
bringing to your attention what was noted during an inspection of the community.
During a recent inspection of Cedar Hill it was noted that the following matter needs your attention.
It was noted on a recent property inspection that the fence on your lot needs maintenance. This may include cleaning,
pressure washing, painting, repairing or replacing.
To help us in our effort to preserve the appearance of the community, we ask your cooperation in taking one of the
following actions:
Please ensure the fence is in good condition, standing upright, and free from dirt and mildew.
Please correct this request within 30 days. If you feel you received this letter in error please contact our office or contact
us if you need an extension so we can update your file and provide you with an extension.
