Fence Direct will assistthe customer upon request, in determining where the fence is to be erected, butunder no circumstance does Fence Direct assume any responsibility concerning property lines orin any way guarantee their accuracy. If property pins cannot belocated, it is recommended that the customer havethe property surveyed
Fence Direct willassume the responsibility for locating underground cables and utilities. Fence Direct is not.responsible for any sprinklers orotherunmarked buried linesthat may be cutordamaged during the installation process. Paymentis due atthetime ofcompletionofwork, and a finance charge of 2 % per month shall beapplied to all accounts not paid in fullwithin 7 days of completion. All material willremain the property of Fence Direct until payment is received in full. Rightof access and removal is granted toFence Direct in theeventofnonpaymentperthetermsofthiscontract. Wood fence materials are rough mill cut pieces. Wood fences has atendency to shrink and warp in hot, humid weather and small raps will appear between boards. Cracks in the wood are a common occurrence. Wood fence materials have no warranties.
