The City of Sanford requires payment of a plan review fee at the time of permit submittal. A copy of the executed contract is required in order to
calculate a plan review charge andwill beconsidered the estimated construction value of the jobat the time ofsubmittal: The actualconstruc I n value,_,
will be figured based on the current ICC Valuation Table in effect at the time the permit is issued, in accordance with localordinance. Should calculated

lJ' Inspection report on exterior finish ZQ'

I have this date, for and with the owner, performed a non destructive
inspection of the exterior finish of the property referenced.
The existing single family wood frame residence has had exterior siding
recently installed on the west end of the building and on the south face of the
building. The siding installed is a mix of Hardee board vertical plank siding
and Hardee board horizontal lap siding. The siding has Ix4 wood trim and
the west face of the residence has a Florida field stone wainscot with a pt
wood cap. Windows and doors and siding substrate were existing.
Some vestages of vapor barrier, ostensibly Tyvek, were observed confirming
that house wrap was installed under the siding.
From the few attachments which remain visable without destructive
investigation of any siding it appears that the siding has been properly
secured.
The owner is in process of applying additional caulking to complete the
sealing of all visable cracks and gaps.
A window on the northwest corner of the residence is having a small amount
of exterior window stop replaced with wood which is in better condition.
There are wood roof beam ends on the west face of the building which are
being wrapped with metal or Hardee board to protect them from exposure to
the elements.
Based on my observations, it is my opinion that at the conclusion of the
owners work delineated, the exterior finish will be complete, well done; and
in conformance with the intent of the building code.
