SECTION 2: That Ordinance No. 1097 is further amended as
follows:
Avondale, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat
Book 3, Page 94, as recorded in the Public Records of Semin-
ole County, Florida; less R/W for Airport Boulevard; also
less the portion of said Avondale lying North of Airport
Boulevard and Southeasterly of Clarendon Avenue of said
Avondale,
be and the same is hereby rezoned from PUD (Planned Unit Develop-
ment) District to GC-2 (General Commercial) District.
SECTION 3: That Ordinance No. 1097 is further amended as
follows:
Begin at the S.E. corner of Section 2, Township 20 South,
Range 30 East; thence run N.89o08~20'' W. along the South
section line of said Section 2, 2023.45 feet: thence run
N.00°43'00'' E. 1308.10 feet; thence run N.00o33~58'' E.
873.55 feet;thence run N.89o16'12" W. 978.39 feet; thence
run N. 00o33'58" E. 446.50 feet to the South line of the
North 1/2 of said Section 2, for a P.O.B.; thence run S.
89o16~12'' E. along said South line 820.38 feet; thence
run N. 00o43'58" E. 662.63 feet; thence run N. 89o16~12''
W. 641.58 feet; thence run N. 00o44~08'' E! 1188.00 feet;
thence run N. 89°16'12'' W. 775.25 feet to the Easterly
R/W of S.C.L. Railroad; thence run S.34o21'09'' W. along
said R/W 375.51 feet to a P.C. of a curve concave South-
easterly and having a radius of 1930.08 feet, thence run
Southwesterly along said curve a distance of 630.78 feet,
through a central angle of 18°43'30'~ to the P.T. of said
curve; thence run S.53o04~39" W. continuing along said
R/W 491.00 feet to most Northerly corner of Avondale,
according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book
3, Page 94, as recorded in the Public Records of Seminole
County, Florida; thence run S.36o55'21'' E. along Easterly
boundary line of said Avondale 984.32 feet to an inter-
section with the South line of the North 1/2 of said
Section 2; thence run S.89o16'12'' E. along said South
line 1019.81 feet to the P.O.B.,
be and the same is hereby rezoned from PUD (Planned Unit Develop-
ment) District to SR~2 (Mobile Home Residential Dwelling)
District.

SECTION 4: If any section or a portion of a section of
this Ordinance proves to be invalid, unlawful or unconstitu-
tional, it shall not be hald to invalidate or impair the vali-
dity, force, or effect of any other section or part of this
Ordinance.
SECTION 5: That all ordinances or parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith, be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 6: That this Ordinance shall become effective
i~ediately upon its passage and adoption.
