1. City to advise Weller of Briar's clearing schedule and plannedextentofwork

On
March 8, 1999 we received a design/built proposal on the 50 meter pool to be on property joining
Seminole High School. We
received only one proposal and it was from Weller Pool Contractor, Inc. and the total sum of the
bid was $1,213,870. r
On
March 15"', staff met with the Weller people and advised them we were working with a budget
of $1,000,000. We asked Weller pools to develop a list of deductions and bring them back for
review. Finally,
after weeks of review and looking at many alternatives, we have established the total project
budget as reflected below: Weller

has been done with some considerable contribution by Briar Corporation, reducing the cost of
