(UES) was present at the above project site as requested to perform the referenced work. A UES representative was present to observe proof rolling of the southwest parking lot. All deleterious material had been removed (i.e., trees, stumps, roots, grass) from construction area. Observed rolling operation of roller with vibratory in operation more than 100 feet from the existing building. The operation went from east to west and north to south with a minimum of 30 percent of roller overlapping the preceding pass. During observation of the rolling operation, the technician did not see any yielding of material.
