Old Business:
• WPVR instead of Matterport
Approved
o Wordpress plug-in that is $70 a year, and does everything we want
o We need to find a camera
o Ryan believes we can get better quality images with more uses if we get a
stand that rotates, and the new iphone
• T Shirts
o Font not exact but works
o There was discussion what the wordage whould be and where placed
o Instead of a newly drawn celery, just color the line of the old celery to
give a "newspaper print" look
• Video script idea
o We decided to a video on cake and caudle parties, with a recipe tutorial.
o Savannah completed editing but by accidently deleted
• Henry Sanford's Birthday
o Scavenger Hunt
o Christina sent a pdf of what places participated in leadership Seminole
and the questions
o Brigitte will edit the questions to fit Henry Sanford's Life
o I need to write a proposal for these places
• Prizes
o T shirts from the museum
o If Brigitte writes a proposal we can ask small companies to donate items
o One prized given for first group to get all their passport fully punched
o One group will win for best dressed. This will be done by the museum
where each group will get a Passport and when they do they will get their
group photo taken. Then the images will be voted on afterwards

o Savannah to send what she sent to Amber to Jerry
o Savannah to post in I love Sanford
