• Susie Koch and the Tackach collection: Yes bring in the pitcher
• Zapf's 1992 Cannonball: Yes add to the collection
• Larry and Diane Smith photograph collection: Yes add to the collection, despite the
two images of men who we don't know much about
• Thom Stapleton Collection of various programs, Celery Fed newspapers, and Fort
Mellon Material: Yes to the various programs, and celery Peds, but no to the fort
Mellon material because we have duplicate already within our collection
• Kirchhoff CDs with images: No
• Gladys Stenstrom Voile Williams photograph: Yes
• McCann Collection: No since we have a duplicate
• Amanda Alexander Castle Brewer Number plate: Yes, to show Castle Brewer's history
• Sally Dehler celery ceramics: Ask to donate to the Sanford Historical Society
• Teslo Stoothoff book: Yes, because it helps us with our genealogy collection
• Tim Wilder Henry Sanford envelopes: Yes because they are of importance to Henry
Sanford's Life
• Parker certificate of Neptune: No because he have other certificates of Neptune within
our collection, and not specific to Sanford, despite the Mr. Parker training in Sanford.
