Old Business:
• Henry Sanford's Birthday
o The Civic Center is not available on the date we wanted. We have to scale down.
o A Henry Sanford Look -a -like competition
■ Maybe a scavenger hunt instead
■ Christina has a scavenger hunt she uses for Leadership that we
can change the questions to
■ Use "Flat Henry" to Help people where the clues are
■ We can encourage people to dress up and maybe "best dressed
group" gets a prize along with the first people to find the
scavenger hunt
■ New t shirt can be a prize, and maybe a button for all those who
complete
o Get a video on how to celebrate a birthday in 1823 (Brigitte in an 1820's dress),
maybe find a cake recipe from New England
o Decorate top hats instead of party hats
o Next school board meeting request assistance from schools
-Sadly, we missed the boat on that but message Maura from Parks and
Recreation to ask if the coded birthday letters can be an activity for summer
camp
• Matterport update
o Should we buy a camera that automatically points and clicks
■ The grant has only $1k for equipment but we can ask to move the money
around

■ We can possibly use iPhone and that might be best for this project, and if
we like the results, we can buy a camera to help other city sites.
■ Most of the services are subscription based which may be a problem for
IT
■ We need to have a meeting with IT before moving forward.
■ Grant needs to have all the money in by June 30, we may need an
extension, and that extension needs to be in by May 30th
■ If we do not get the grant, we also need to budget this as an expense for
the future for every year.
■ We cannot use the excess money from the grant to help pay for multiple
year, has to be only for this fiscal year.
■ Does the County Museum have something like this? No but they have a
graphic designer
New Business:
• Reel ideas, and videos, such as "Goofus and Gallant" for the Museum
o We like possibly get historical society president Sean McCann to "be goofus"
o Try to get the Henry Sanford birthday video filmed April 27th
• Swag ideas for the Museum
o Table for next meeting.
