Number: 36-19-30-524-1600-0010 The attached construction plans for building modifications at 2432 and 2434 French Avenue are approved for permitting by the Department of Engineering and Planning subject to the following conditions and stipulations: Note, the plans have a conflict in the location of the new overhead service door. Building elevation on sheet A-1 shows pro osed door south of existing door. Whereas, floor plan on sheet A-2 shows new door on other side (North) oFexisting door. It would appear that the floor plan is correct given the location of the bathroom facilities. On September 15, 1988, the Planning and Zoning Commission approved the site plan for this location subject to the closing of the south driveway on French Avenue. Further, without landscape strips along French Avenue as visual and physical barriers which are typically required, closing and restoring the sidewalk and curbing to D.O.T. standards will improve traffic conditions, especially after dark. r/ • In general, the site shall be restored to.previously approved conditions, including but not limited to the VV following: Stormwater Pond: LI/ 1.
