This letter is to certify that on March 8, 2000, Sears Surveying Company performed a
field survey on the form boards for building 7. The constructed form location appears to
be in compliance to the Civil Design plans that were prepared by Burkett Engineering for
the Plantation Lakes Apartments. The top of form elevation for the upper level of

NOTICE: This manual. should be left with the owner/user
of tills equipment.
IMPORTANT This detector must be tested and maintained
regularly following NFPA 72 requirements. The detector
should be cleaned at least once a year.
General Description
Model 2100(A) is a 2•wite photoelecironic smoke detector
that uses a state-of-the-art optical sensing chamber. This
detector I9 designed to provide open area protection and to
be used with compatible UL•listed panels only. Model
210OT(A) features a restorable, built-in, fixed -temperature
135°F) thermal detector.
Installation of these detectors is simplified by ttie use of a
mounting bracket and a plug-in screw terminal block that
can be prewired to the system, allowing the det0or to be
easily installed or removed for cleaning. The detector's sen-
siticiiy can be tested in place using the M00400R Test
Module. An LED on the detector provides a local visual in•
dicatlon of the detector's status If power Is applied to the
detector, and it is functioning normally in standby, the sta-
tus LED blinks every ten seconds. The LED also latches on
to alarm.
Models 2100(A) and 210OT(A) feature a visual indicatilm
that maintenance is required - if the sensing chalt her drifts
