AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA,
A1VIENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1097 OF SAID CITY, SAID
ORDINANCE BEING A ZONING PLAN WITHIN THE CITY
OF SANFORD, FLORIDA, SAID A1VIEND1VIENT CHANGING
THE ZONING OF THAT CERTAIN PROPERTY LYING ON
THE EAST SIDE OF SANFORD AVENUE AND BETV~EN
TVV'ENTY-FIFTH STREET AND TVV'ENTY-FIFTH PLACE
TO GC-2 (GENERAL COM1ViERCIAL) DISTRICT.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That Ordinance No. 1097 of the City of Sanford, Florida,
passed and adopted December ll, 1972, said ordinance being the comprehensive
Zoning Ordinance of the City of Sanford, Florida, regulating and restricting the
location and use of buildings, structures, land and water for trade, industry,
residence or other purposes, be and the same is hereby amended as follows:
Lots 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 and 11, Block 1, Palm Terrace, according
to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 4, Page 82, Public
Records of Seminole County, Florida,
be and the same is hereby placed in GC-2 (General Commercial)
District.
SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall become effective immediately
upon its passage and adoption.

City Commission of the City of Sanford, Florida, on the 8th

City Hall in the City of Sanford, Florida, on the 9th day
of November, 1976.
