MAXIMUM ALLOWABLE SOIL PRESSURE IS ASSUMED TO BE 2000 POUNDS PER SQUARE FOOT.
IT SHALL BE OWNER'S RESPONSIBILITY TO VERIFY ALLOWABLE SOIL PRESSURE'S
SPREAD FOOTINGS SHALL BEAR ON SOIL COMPACTED TO A DEN51ITY OF AT LEAST 95% OF
MODIFIED PROCTOR MAXIMUM DENSITY (A.S.TM. D1551). THE SOIL SHALL BE COMPACTED
