GENERAL NOTES
1. ELECTRIC CONTRACTOR SHALL PROVIDE MAG. STARTERS, DISCONNECT SWITCHES,
INTERLOCKS AND THERMO-OVERLOAD PROTECTION WHERE REQUIRED.
2. PLUMBING CONTRACTOR SHALL PROVIDE STOP VALVES AHEAD OF ALL
OPERATING HANDLES AND FAUCETS.
3. SEE EQUIPMENT PLUMBING AND ELECTRICAL ROUGH -IN DRAWINGS FOR
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION.
4. ELECTRICAL POWER TO COOKING EQUIPMENT WHERE REQUIRED SHALL BE
PROVIDED THRU A SHUNT -TRIP SYSTEM FOR FIRE FUEL SHUT-OFF.
CONTRACTOR SHALL WIRE CONTROL CIRCUIT TO MICRO SWITCH PROVIDED BY
KITCHEN EQUIPMENT CONTRACTOR ON HOOD FIRE PROTECTION SYSTEM.
5. GAS SUPPLY TO ALL COOKING EQUIPMENT WHERE REQUIRED SHALL BE
PROVIDED WITH A MECHANICAL VALVE FOR FIRE FUEL SHUT-OFF.
6. WALL BACKING TO BE PROVIDED BY GENERAL CONTRACTOR.
7. ALL BACKSPLASHES OF EQUIPMENT SHALL BE SEALED TO WALLS WITH CLEAR
SILICONE SEALANT IN A NEAT WORKMAN LIKE MANNER.
8. ANY SUBSTITUTIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED TO BUFALO
ENTERPRISES, INC. AND THE ARCHITECT FOR APPROVAL.
IF SUBSTITUTIONS ARE USED WITHOUT WRITTEN APPROVAL
FROM THE ARCHITECT THE CONTRACTOR WILL BEAR THE
COST OF REPLACING UNAPPROVED MATERIALS.
