Our drawing (*3) is a general layout for footer design. The Gulf
States (*Bl) shows the exact location for anchor bolts.
Please refer to the Gulf States drawing using the following guide
line, F-2 = D-3, F-3 = D-1, and D-2 = the F-1 footing is continuous
and not noted on the B-1 drawing. This footing is required and will
have to be included in the footer inspection.

This letter is a follow up to our telephone conversations
concerning the occupancy of the first floor only of the above
referenced building.
We will at no time allow any person other than construction
crews on the second floor. The elevator has been;put in a
disabled mode and doors from the first floor to the second
floor have been locked except -by panic bar (exiting only).
The striping will be completed on or before we finalize the
entire building.
The 'sprinkler and alarm systems are completed and ready for ,
testing by the City -Fire Marshal.
Upon electrical inspection and the meter set on the building,
we will set up a final walk thru for the first floor --with the
Fire Marshal and Building Inspector.
If you have any additional questions, please call my office.
Again, thank you for working with us and U-Haul Company to
achieve an on going construction project.

As a follow up of our meeting on May 16, 1995. Conclusion
was drawn by myself after talking with the Standard Building Code
Congress that even if the building is to be sprinkled it will still
be necessary for you to install fire walls every 3000 square
footage
in the building in question.
