Subject: Signs at the Fountains
I spoke with a representative from J Berry signs today. She says that the signs she put up were the smaller

v "approved" signs. She also said that she spoke with someone yesterday (I believe it was Eileen) who told her that
she needed to prove that the signs do meet the regulations.
She also submitted a new set of plans for CrossFit at 119 Bellagio Circle. The new plans do meet our regulations
because she put the two signs closer together. She says that they will be moving the signs so they meet the
regulations.
