Job Location: 2401 Willow Ave.
We propose to furnish materials and labor in accordance with specifications below:
1. Pull permit to do job.
2. Upgrade service from 60 amp to 200 amp over head, retie in existing circuits to
new panel and relocate service to side of house.
3. Wire for and supply 1 — 200amp 30 circuit inside panel.and delete existing 2
circuit panel and tie into new 30 circuit panel.
4. Delete existing panel in kitchen and install JBox and retie in circuits to new 200
amp inside panel and install new breakers.
5. Wire for 1 water heater on back porch.
6. Wire for 1 dryer receptacle on back porch.
7. Wire for 1 washer receptacle on back porch.
8. Wire for 1 receptacle in kitchen.
9. Any other items added other than what is on this proposal will be billed as an
extra.
10. Price does not include any drywall repair (done by others)
11. One-year warranty on Electrical work after the date of the final inspection, except
for light bulbs, which only have a 2 month warranty.
