DEMOLITION NOTES

COORDINATE FULLY WITH UTILITY COMPANIES ON EXACT LOCATION OF UNDERGROUND

2. THE CONTRACTOR IS TO COMPLETELY REMOVE AND DISPOSE OF ALL STRUCTURES AND
