AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA,
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1097 OF SAID CITY, SAID
ORDINANCE BEING A ZONING PLAN WITHIN THE CITY
OF SANFORD, FLORIDA, SAID AMENDMENT CHANGING
THE ZONING OF THAT CERTAIN PROPERTY LYING WEST
OF UPSALA ROAD, OPPOSITE I~ARKW OOD DRIVE, AND
NORTH OF TEE N' GREEN ESTATES TO RC-1 (RESTRICTED
COMMERCIAL) DISTRICT.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That Ordinance No. 1097 of the City of Sanford,
Florida, passed and adopted December 11, 1972, said ordinance being the
comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of the City of Sunford, Florida, regulating
and restricting the location and use of buildings, structures, land and water
for trade, industry, residence or other purposes, be and the same is hereby
amended as follows:
The East 138 feet of the South one-half of Lot 51, New
Upsala Subdivision, according to the Plaf thereof as
recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 67, Public Records of
Seminole County, Florida,
be and the same is hereby placed in RC-1 (Restricted
Commercial) District.
SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall become effective immediately
upon its passage and adoption.
