Report No. NGrL-210-1987-1,2,3,4 Note: 1) A 2 mill polyethylene film was used on the tests and it is the opinion of the undersigned that they had no influence on the results of these tests. 2) Deflection and permanent set measurements were taken using a shaft encode -digital deflection measurer. 3) Pull test forces of 300 lbs. were achieved by use of geared pull along devices and measured with Dillon Force gauges. Remarks: Detailed drawings were available for laboratory records and compared to the test specimens at the time of this report. A copy of this report along with representative sections of the test specimen will be retained by NCTL for a period of four (4) years.
