safe or a violation of building code, this also includes any location subject to flooding or installing a gas water heater in living spaces (bedroom, bathroom, etc.).
Federal and State regulations require water heaters to be set at 120 degrees Fahrenheit. Additional Specifications: The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has requested that Lowe's notify installation customers that a lead based paint hazard
