work or installation has commenced prior to the issuance of a permit and that all work will be performed to
meet standards of all laws regulating construction in this jurisdiction. I understand that a separate permit
must be secured for electrical work, plumbing, signs, wells, pools, furnaces, boilers, heaters, tanks, and
air conditioners, etc.

1. Financial Incentives: Let it be known that any written or verbal representations made by Allsolar Service Company Inc., of
1507 Damon Avenue, Kissimmee, Florida 34744, or its employees and sales representatives, with regard to, State of Florida solar
rebate(s) or United States Federal Income Tax credit(s) and Utility Incentives for solar (renewable) energy products shall not be
construed as legal or financial advice. The undersigned purchaser is encouraged to consult with an attorney or financial advisor. It is
solely the responsibility of the purchaser, to submit the appropriate paperwork as it relates to any and all Federal Income Tax
credit(s) and State of Florida rebate(s) for solar (renewable) energy products and utility incentives. Furthermore, by signing, this
form, the undersigned purchaser, hereby releases Allsolar Service Company Inc. from any and all liability and/or financial
obligations with respect to, receipt or denial of any Federal Income Tax Credit(s) and/or State of Florida Solar Rebate(s) and utility
incentives.
2. Damages for Defective or Nonconforming Merchandise: In the event that the merchandise or installation are defective or
nonconforming, the liability of Allsolar shall be limited to repairing or replacing the nonconforming merchandise or installation
pursuant to the terms of the Limited Warranty stated herein. There shall be no reduction or abatement of the amounts due under
this Invoice in such event. Allsolar shall not be liable for any other damages, either direct or consequential.
3. Warranties:
a. For a period of one (1) year from the date of receipt of equipment or installation (at the place of installation), if applicable,
ALLSOLAR will repair or replace any equipment which is defective in materials or workmanship, as long as said defect are not
related to or the result of any negligence, vandalism, freeze damage, misuse, abuse, fire, acts of God, and/or the improper handling
of the equipment by any persons not in the employ of ALLSOLAR. This limited warranty (the "Limited Warranty') does not cover
incidental or consequential damages, and is in lieu of any other warranty, express or implied. This Limited Warranty gives you
specific legal rights; and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state.
b. CUSTOMER understands and acknowledges that proper operation of the equipment purchased hereunder is dependent upon
CUSTOMER'S existing roof, plumbing, electrical, structural, mechanical and/or pool equipment. ALLSOLAR shall have no
obligation or liability for the condition thereof or any other part of CUSTOMER'S building, pool and/or equipment. ALLSOLAR shall
further have no obligation in the event that the equipment purchased hereunder is unable to properly function due to the condition of
CUSTOMER'S building, existing roof, plumbing, electrical, structural, mechanical and/or pool equipment.
c. It is understood and agreed by customer that ALLSOLAR'S liability and CUSTOMER'S sole remedy, whether in contract, under
any warranty in TORT (including, without limitation, negligence), in strict liability, at law, equity and or otherwise, shall not exceed the
return to the customer of the amount of the Invoice actually paid by customer to ALLSOLAR, reduced by ALLSOLAR'S expenses
relating to the providing of the services and sale of the property and delivery and retrieval charges therefore, and under no
circumstances shall ALLSOLAR be liable for any special, incidental or consequential damages incurred, purportedly incurred or to
be incurred by customer, its agents, employees, contractors, representatives, officers, heirs, successors, assigns, administrators or
legal representatives, including, but not limited to, personal injury, property damage, damage to or loss of property, lost profits or
revenue, cost of renting replacements and other additional expenses, even if ALLSOLAR has been advised of the possibility of such
damages. The invoice amount stated for the services and the property is a consideration in limiting ALLSOLAR'S liability and
customer's remedies hereunder. No action, regardless of form, arising out of the transactions under this agreement may be brought
by any party against ALLSOLAR more than one (1) year after the date of the Invoice on the reverse side hereof.
4. Payment for Merchandise and Installation: Unless ALLSOLAR expressly agrees to the contrary in writing on the Invoice, all
amounts are due hereunder, as evidenced on the Invoice, are due on the Invoice date. in the event that CUSTOMER shall fail to
pay all or any portion of the Invoice on the date of the Invoice, the amount outstanding and unpaid shall accrue interest from the
date thereof until in full at the rate of 1 1/2% monthly, which shall be compounded daily. If this Invoice is placed in the hands of an
attorney for collection, ALLSOLAR shall be entitled to recover from CUSTOMER all of its attorney's fees and costs incurred in
connection with such collection efforts whatsoever.
5. Authorized Approval: This sale is contingent upon this proposal/purchase order being signed by one of the authorized officers
of ALLSOLAR: No other person shall have any authority to sign on behalf of ALLSOLAR, and any such signature shall not bind
ALLSOLAR.
6. BUYER'S RIGHT TO CANCEL: This is a home solicitation sale, and if you do not want the goods or services, you may cancel
this agreement by providing written notice to the seller in person, by telegram, or by mail. This notice must indicate that you do not
want the goods and services and must be delivered or postmarked before midnight of the third business day after you sign this
agreement. If you cancel this agreement, the seller may not keep all or part of any cash down payment.
7. Entire Agreement: This Invoice and any other documents furnished to CUSTOMER by ALLSOLAR constitute the entire
agreement of the parties. Any variance from such terms must be in writing and initialed by CUSTOMER and by an authorized
representative of ALLSOLAR in order to be binding.
