Will: A) Remove existing roofing down to deck. Inspect deck nail pattern per code. Re- nailing of deck if necessary will be done on a time. & material basis as listed in wood section below. Average cost to re -nail deck is around $300.00 B) Furnish and install with simplex nails, one layer #43 base. Install, with hot asphalt, three plies type four fiberglass felt. Flood with hot asphalt and embed river gravel. C) Includes: 1. New 26 gage painted gravel stop (white). 2. New lead vent stack covers and painted galvanized 10"goose neck vent. New wall flashing. 4.
