meet standards of all laws regulating construction in this jurisdiction. I understand that a separate permit
must be secured for electrical work, plumbing, signs, wells, pools, furnaces, boilers, heaters, tanks, and
air conditioners, etc.

NOTICE: In addition to the requirements of this permit, there may be additional restrictions applicable to this

from other governmental entities such as water management districts, state agencies, or federal agencies.
Acceptance of permit is verification that I will notify the owner of the property of the requirements of Florida
Lien Law, FS 713.
The City of Sanford requires payment of a plan review fee. A copy of the executed contract is required in order
to calculate a plan review charge. If the executed contract is not submitted, we reserve the right to calculate the
plan review fee based on past permit activity levels. Should calculated charges exceed the documented
construction value when the executed contract is submitted, credit will be applied to your permit fees when the
permit is released.

Specifications: Install one Goodman 2.5 ton heat pump split system; 13 seer; 5
KW heat strip. Install new ductwork as per plan.
We Propose hereby to furnish equipment, material and labor complete in
accordance with above specifications for the sum of: $3,600.00
Testing and Balancing is not included in the above pricing. All material guaranteed to be as specified. All
work to be completed in a workmanlike manner according to standard practices. Any alteration or deviation
from above specifications involving extra costs will be executed only upon written orders, and will become
an extra charge over and above the estimate. All agreements contingent upon strikes, accidents or delays
beyond our control. Owner to carry fire, tornado and other necessary insurance. Contractor provides a one
year labor warrantee. Our workers are fully covered by Worker's Compensation Insurance. Account
balances not paid within 15 days of invoice date will be charged a finance charge of 1-1/2% per month or the
maximum permitted by law. In the event that any dispute arises between the parties hereto with regard to
any of the provisions of this Contract or the performance of any of the terms and conditions he the
prevailing party in any such dispute shall be entitled to recover costs and expenses associated with
resolving such dispute, including but not limited to reasonable attorneys' fees expert witness fees and costs
and fees on appeal.
