FINDINGS OF FACT 1). The City Commission hereby finds the following relative the Property described above: Property Owner: Condition of Property: City Code Violation Cited Jean Dorce 106 Majestic Forest Run Sanford, Florida 32771 Structure in disrepair. Chapter 18 Section 31 through 38 2). The City Commission hereby ratifies and affirms the Findings of Fact made in the Order of Condemnation relating to the Property. 3). The owner of the Property failed to abate the public nuisances found to exist on the Property, place the Property in a state of sound repair or demolish and remove the building or structure located on the Property. 4). The City Commission hereby ratified and affirms the Conclusion of Law made in the Order of Condemnation relation to the Property. 3). This Order of Demolition touches and concerns the Property. ORDER: NOW, THEREFORE, based upon the premises and the evidence submitted for consideration and being fully advised with regard to this mater, it is ordered by the City Commission that: 1). The City of Sanford is hereby authorized to abate the public nuisance and demolish the building or structure located on the Property. 2). This Order of Demolition shall be recorded by the City Manager, or designee, in the Official Records of Seminole County, Florida (Land Records) and shall further the effect on the Order of Condemnation recorded as to the Property. 3).
