meet standards of all laws regulating construction in this jurisdiction. I understand that a separate permit
must be secured for electrical work, plumbing, signs, wells, pools, furnaces, boilers, heaters, tanks, and
air conditioners, etc.

We are pleased to offer our cost proposal for the HVAC portion of the above referenced
project Listed below is our proposed scope of work along with qualifications. Installation
of materials and equipment referenced in this quote is subject to conditions and warranties
as listed in the attaches? sheets.
Equipment Description
Demo (1) 5 ton package unit.
Provide and Install (1) curb Adaptor for new equipment.
Provide and Install (1) 5 ton Trane Package Unit MUTSC060E4ROA
Provide and Install condensate drain to tie into existing drain.
Provide and Install (1) Digital Thermostat.
Hoisting and rigging as required.
Disposal of old equipment Is Included.
Reconnect Electrical, line voltage.
Concrete hole cutting, patching, repairing by others.
After hours labor excluded.
Fire alarm Interlock, wiring and relays by others.
Painting of HVAC system and associated components by others.
Weather proofing of exterior penetrations by others.
Existing equipment and materials are not warranted by Energy Air, Inc.
Permits and all applicable taxes.
Test and balance as required by local codes.
All new equipment shall carry a one year parts and labor warranty unless otherwise
specified in this agreement.
