JT Construction is pleased to submit the following proposal for the roofing portion of the above mention
project. Price includes labor and materials. (41Total Squares).
General Scope:
Tear of old shingles and felt to the plywood.
Clean decking of all debris to prepare for new roofing system.
Remove and replace rotted lumber as needed.($40.00 per sheet and $3.00 per linear foot of lumber)
Re nail decking 6" on center as per code.
Decking inspection prior to installation.
Furnish and install #30 Lb. roof felt underlayment.
Furnish and install 25Yr. Dimensional Shingles using 6 ring shank nails per shingle. Color: TBD.
Furnish and install new plumbing stacks and kitchen vents.
Furnish and install new ridge vents on complete building.
a Furnish and install new perimeter drip edge.
Seal all penetrations with modified flashing adhesive.
Perform daily clean up.
Complete project in a timely manner.
