If stickers are removed prior to inspection, the Buyer is responsible for the purchase of new windows. When FASWD has not performed the final measure at the jobsitc, the Buyer will be held responsible for the improper size of a window or door. There will be no returns if FASWD has not measured the existing opening; the units ordered are custom sized. 13. FASWD assumes no responsibility for work performed by a non-FASWD contractor or homeowner. 14.
