meet standards of all laws regulating construction in this jurisdiction. I understand that a separate permit
must be secured for electrical work, plumbing, signs, wells, pools, furnaces, boilers, heaters, tanks, and
air conditioners, etc.

be done in compliance with all applicable laws regulating construction and zoning.

The City of Sanford requires payment of a plan review fee. A copy of the executed contract is required in order
to calculate a plan review charge. If the executed contract is not submitted, we reserve the right to calculate the
plan review fee based on past permit activity levels. Should calculated charges exceed the documented
construction value when the executed contract is submitted, credit will be plied to your permit fees when the
permit is released.

AGREEMENT FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
This Agreement for Professional Services, effective is by and

hereinafter the "Company").
WHEREAS, Client finds that the Company is willing to perform certain work hereinafter
described in accordance with the provisions of agreement.
WHEREAS, Client find that the Company is qualified to perform the work, all relevant
factors considered, and that such performance is in furtherance of client's business.
Now THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants set forth herein and
intending to be legally bound, the parties hereto agree as follows:
1. SERVICES.
1.1 Services to client. The Company shall provide the following ("Services") to client:

submitted for the above work. The total cost including state tax is $ '-!;pOO .40
2. PAYMENT AND INVOICING TERMS.
2.1 Payment for Services. The Company will be paid as follows:
33% down
33% Material Arrival
Balance due upon completion*
Any alteration or deviation form the above specifications involving extra cost of material
or labor will only be executed upon written orders for same and will become an extra
charge over the sun mentioned in this contract. All agreements must be made in writing.
2.2 Invoicing.
e a. Invoices will be submitted by the Company for
payment by client. Payment is due upon receipt and its past due five (5) business days
from receipt of invoice. If the Client has any valid reason for disputing any portion of an
invoice, Client will so notify the Company within 3 business days of the receipt of the
invoice by Client, and if no such notification is given, the invoice will be deemed valid.
The portion of the Company's invoice which is not dispute shall be paid in accordance
with the procedures set forth herein.
b. A finance charge of 10% per month on the unpaid amount of an invoice, or the
maximum amount allowed by law, will be charged on past due accounts. Payments by
Client will thereafter be applied first to accrued interest and then to the principal unpaid
balance. Any attorney fees, court costs incurred in collection of delinquent accounts shall
be paid by Client. If payment of invoices is not current, the Company may suspend
performing further work.
3. Liability.
The Company shall not be liable, as regards to the completion of the work, for any delay
which may be caused by reason or on account of any strike of workmanship, any act of
God, unavoidable accidents, inability to secure materials or to use materials in the
performance of the work by reason of laws or regulations of the United States of
America or the State of Florida, or any other circumstance beyond their control, other
them the want of funds. No such delay shall be deemed a default on the part of the
Company, and, in the event of any such delay, the Company's time limit for performance
of the work shall be correspondingly extended.
4. Standard of care.
The Company Warrants that it services shall be performed by personnel possessing
competency with applicable industry standards. The Company will not be responsible for
owners going up on the roofing, neither walking without shoe outside when work is being
done, or any damage in the driveway. No other representation, express or implied. One
year warranty in this agreement on the service provide by the company. THIS SECTION
SETS FORTH THE ONLY WARRANTIES PROVIDED BY THE COMPANY CONCERNING THE
SERVICES AND RELATED WORK PRODUCT. THIS WARRANTY IS MADE EXPRESSELY IN
LIEU OF ALL WARRANTIES EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITION ANY
IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, MERCHANTABILITY,
NON -INFRINGEMENT, TITLE OR OTHERWISE.
