The City of Sanford requires payment of a plan review fee at the time of permit submittal. The violations noted must be addressed before the plans can be approved. Changes to plans shall be submitted on the same size format as the original submittal. Changes to construction documents that require an Architect or Engineer's seal must be submitted with the appropriate seal. Provide two copies of affected plan sheets and/or supplemental information as requested. COMMENTS: 1. A t-pole requires a separate permit and that permit cannot be issued until the re -wire permit has been issued. FBC 107 2. An electrical floor plan is required, indicating the location of all receptacles, lighting, switches and other requirements to indicate compliance with the 2011 National Electric Code. FBC 107 3. Please provide two (2) copies of an electrical load calculation for the home in accordance with NEC article 220. See NEC section 220.16(A) 4. The entire house must be equipped with smoke detectors, located as required for new construction, as required by FBCR R314. Please show the new smoke detectors on the electrical floor plan. Any error or omission in this plan review shall not be construed to grant approval of any violation of any of the adopted codes or municipal ordinances of this jurisdiction.
