commenced prior to the issuance of a permit and that all work will be performed to meet standards of all laws regulating construction
in this jurisdiction. I understand that a separate permit must be secured for .electrical work, plumbing, signs, wells, pools,
furnaces, boilers heaters, tanks, and air conditioners, etc.

NOTICE: In addition to the requirements of this permit, there may be additional restrictions applicable to this property that may be
found in the public records of this county, and there may be additional permits required from other governmental entities such as water
management districts, state agencies, or federal agencies.
Acceptance of permit is verification that I will notify the owner of the property of the requirements of Florida Lien Law, FS 713
The City of Sanford requires payment of a plan review fee at the time of permit submittal. A copy of the executed contract is required
in order to calculate a plan review charge and will be considered the estimated construction value of the job at the time of submittal.
The actual construction value will be figured based on the current ICC Valuation Table in effect at the time the permit is issued, in
accordance with local ordinance. Should calculated charges figured off the executed contract exceed the actual construction value,
credit will be applied to your permit fees when the permit is issued.

SUB: FIRE SPRINKLER PROPOSAL
WORK, APPARATUS AND ITEMS DETAILED AS FOLLOWS SHALL BE
FURNISHED AND INSTALLED BY FREEDOM FIRE PROTECTION OF CENTRAL.
FLORIDA, INC.
GENERAL: This proposal is based on the fire sprinkler system being installed in
accordance with NFPA 13, 2010 for the scope of work as detailed herein.
REFERENCE DOCUMENTS: This proposal is based on the proposed new buildings
being constructed in accordance with drawings prepared by Stanley P. Hoelle Architect;
sheets A-1 dated 9-6- 2016 as well as sheet 7 of 15 dated March 10, 2016 by
Engineered Permits, Inc. for the scope of work as detailed herein.
PROJECT DESCRIPTION: (2) New metal buildings with one building having
approximately 13,269 square feet of office areas and mezzanine.
SPRINKLERS: Provide a wet pipe system of automatic sprinklers in accordance with
NFPA 13, 2010 edition for Class III, Commodity Bulk Storage to 20 feet high. Sprinkler
system density shall be .22 GPM/sq. ft./2000 sq. ft. hydraulic design area. Sprinklers in
the warehouse area shall be upright brass installed.on black steel piping exposed
beneath the roof structure, and sprinklers in office areas shall be semi recessed chrome
installed on black steel piping concealed above suspended ceilings.
SUBMITTALS: Provide shop drawings and product data.
PERMITS: Provide the fire sprinkler permit.
WARRANTY: Provide a closeout package containing the following: one (1) year
warranty (on materials and workmanship), system test reports, and as -built drawings.
TAXES: Provide applicable use, occupational and sales tax.
