Mr. Florian:
By way of this letter, please accept the following modification to the permitted plans for the
above referenced project:
The main HVAC duct, an insulation wrapped metal duct, will be substituted with an R-6 rated,
microbial coated fiberglass duct board by Johns-Mansville, Micro -Aire Type 800, or equal. The
remainder of the duct system will remain per plans.
Please let me know if there are any questions, or if additional information is required.
