The fence will have 5" square posts anchored with concrete and topped with standard flat post caps. Each fence section will have a top & bottom pocket support rail that inserts into the post and are secured with locking tabs & screws (screws are installed in the top rail, inside the post). The interlocking tongue & groove pickets insert between the support rails to form teh panels. Included in the total footage will be one 5' wide single gate. The gate hinge post will have an aluminum 1 -beam insert and the gate will be supported by one pair of stainless steel black powder coated self closing hinges. The gate will be secured with a double sided key lockable latch. As requested by the customer the fence will be installed with an average 3" space off the ground. All vinyl materials will be 100% virgin co -extruded PVC with a manufacturers limited lifetime warranty. Gifford Fence Company, LLC will warranty the fence installation for one year from the date of completion.
