AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA,
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1097 OF SAID CITY, SAID
ORDINANCE BEING A ZONING PLAN WITHIN THE CITY
OF SANFORD, FLORIDA, SAID AMENDMENT CHANGING
THE ZONING OF THAT CERTAIN PROPERTY LYING
BETWEEN MAPLE AVENUE AND AVOCADO AVENUE AND
BETWEEN NINTH STREET AND SECOND STREET TO
RI -1 (RESTRICTED INDUSTRIAL) DISTRICT.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That Ordinance No. 1097 of the City of Sanford,
Florida, passed and adopted December 11, 1972, said ordinance being the
comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of the City of Sanford, Florida, regulating
and restricting the location and use of buildings, structures, land and water
for trade, industry, residence or other purposes, be and the same is hereby
amended as follows:
SEE EXHIBIT A ATTACHED HERETO AND MADE
A PART HEREOF
be and the same is hereby placed in RI -1 (Restricted
Industrial) District.
SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall 'become effective
immediately upon its passage and adoption.
