We have received the RFI regarding the protection of several conduits that are in Electric Room 161 and Storage
Room 155 that are penetrating the rated floor assembly and are unable to be fire caulked. We have reviewed the
situation and agree that the installation of a rated wall to encase the conduits is an acceptable solution. The
assembly that can be used is the attached Design No. U415.
