The violations noted must be addressed before the plans can be approved. Changes to plans shall be submitted on the same size format as the original submittal. Changes to construction documents that require an Architect or Engineer's seal must be submitted with the appropriate seal. Provide two copies of affected plan sheets and/or supplemental information as requested. COMMENTS: 1. Two copies of signed and sealed engineering (by a registered architect or engineer) are required for the new garage door — showing how the door will be constructed, indicating the door meets all wind load requirements and that it will be constructed in accordance with the 2014 Florida Building Code. 2 copies are required.
