The violations noted must be addressed before the plans can be approved. Changes to plans shall be submitted on the same size format as the original submittal. Changes to construction documents that require an Architect or Engineer's seal must be submitted with the appropriate seal. Provide two copies of affected plan sheets and/or supplemental information as requested. COMMENTS: 1. A complete scope of work is required — there are 2 different scope of work submitted. Product approval has been submitted for windows and exterior doors but nothing is listed in the scope of work for a door. Also, the electrical re -wiring of the home and new service panel will be included in the scope of work. Scope of work needs to be signed by both the contractor and property owner. FBC 107 2. Two copies of an electrical floor plan is required. The wiring of the home must comply with the 2014 Florida Existing Building Code section 808.3. GFCI receptacles are required per 2011 NEC. FBC 107 3. During the site visit it was noted (and picture taken) of the service panel located in what appeared to be a bathroom. Service panels are not permitted in a bathroom, in accordance with NEC 230.70(A)(1) FBC 107 4. For any work that has been covered, it is required to be make accessible for inspection or a signed and sealed letter from the engineer is required stating that the engineer personally inspected the work and verifies it meets code. This must be submitted for plan review. Any error or omission in this plan review shall not be construed to grant approval of any violation of any of the adopted codes or municipal ordinances of this jurisdiction.
