3. PRICE and TERMS:
1) Total Contract Price Fifty -Three Thousand Two Hundred and Eighty Dollars

10% payable upon signing of this instrument as a deposit.

30% upon completion of dig and steel.

30% upon completion of the concrete shell.

(6)$2,664 5% balance of contract price, prior to Initial chlorination of the pool but, in any event, prior to the utilization of the pool by
the Owner. Extras and/or Change Orders are in addition to the contract price and shall be paid when signed by the
Owner. Progress payments are payments for completed work and ti not paid within 10 days from their due date they
shag bear interest at the rete of 1N4 per annum unlit paid.
4. CONSTRUCTION SPECIFICATIONS: Contractor will install a swimming pool and appurtenant structures and equipment In accordance with the plot plan and these
construction specifications. Contractor reserves the right to substitute like or similar material, equipment or fixtures. The plot plan Is intended to be a representation of
the pool to be built and is not intended to represent an "as built' drawing, because pool location, elevation of pool, location of decking and enclosures are subject to
changes due to set -back requirements, locations of existing Improvements, soil conditions and other conditions beyond the control of the contractor. Ag measurements
In the contract and on the plot plan are approximate and the pool dimensions contained In the contract may vary from the 'as built' measurements. Deviations up to
3 inches are acceptable. Therefore, the parties agree that it is Impossible to ascertain actual damages In the event of deviation from specified pool dimensions. The
parties agree to adjust the contract price of an amount calculated by multiplying the percentage reduction of surface area times one -hall (W) of the total contract price
for diminished water surface area, and $S0.00 for each vertical inch of depth deficiency measured only at the main drain and shallowest portion of the pod as liquidated
damages to owner resulting from said variations, it any. Depth is measured from the floor of the pod to the top of the water One tile. Any additional boll needed for
decking or normal grading In excess of what Is dug from the pod, Is at the home owner's expense. Any and all additions required by building department would be at
owners expense. If a diving board or slide is Installed, there is no liability assumed for injuries as a consequence of use or misuse of the diving board or slide. II a
diving board or slide Is Installed later, there Is no Oability to the pool contractor and it shall cancel all warranties.

Act. This Is a Home Solicitation Sale. If you do not want the goods or services contracted for, you may cancel this agreement by mailing a notice to sager. This notice
must indicate that you do not want the goods and services and must be postmarked by midnight of the third day after you signed this agreement If you cancel this
agreement, the seller may keep all or pan of the cash down payment.
6. OFFER AND AGREEMENT, This Contract Shall be deemed an offer to ATLAS POOLS OF CENTRAL FLORIDA. INC.. and shall be null and void unless accepted
by a duly authorized offcar of the Contractor within ten (10) days of the date and year noted the Owners' signatures. The Salesman has no authority to bind the
Contractor. All agreements and understandings are contained in this contract and the Owner warrents that there are no agreements or understandings other than are
set forth In this document. Acceptance of the terms of this contract by Contractor Is to be communicated to the Owner by transmitting a copy of this contract to them
showing acceptance by the sellers by the execution of e duly authorized officer of the Contractor or by commencing construction.

TURNDOWN NOTES COMPACTED CONCRETE
1. Detail is based on NO surcharge behind the Turndown and the Ground away from SUB RADE POOL DECK
the Turndown is Level (>4 to 1). Turndown may abut Ribbon Footer and be fled
into Footer if Appropriate, with #3 Rebar. 1P.
2. Turndown shall bear on Rock, Clean Sand or Structurally Sound Soils (>1,500 PSF)
that shall be compacted to provide Optimum Bearing Capacity and prevent Settling 1—#5 BAR CONTINUOUS
or Shifting.
3. All Reinforcing Steel is to Conform to ASTM 615, Grade 40.
4. Concrete shall contain Fiber Mesh and have a 28 Day Compressive Strength of
2,500 PSI.
5. All Construction to Conform to Florida Building Code, 5th Edition, 2014, FBC
Building and FBC Residential.
6. Refer to Contractor's Plan on file with the Building Department for Details on
Turndown Location.
7. If the Base of the Turndown does not extend into the Old (Existing) Ground, a 4"0
Pilaster will be required every 5'-0' that will be either 2'-0" into the Ground or
to 6' into the Indigenous Material, Whichever is Deeper. The Pilaster will have a
#3 Rebar tied into the #5 Rebar in the base of the Vertical Pour.
8. A Deck Turndown is NOT intended to be a substitute for a Retaining Wall. If the
Vertical Dimension from the Top of the Concrete Deck to the Old (Existing) Ground
reaches 42' for a 12' Turndown, 48' for a 18" Turndown, for more than 20% of
the Turndown Length or the Finished Grade Slope exceeds (steeper than) 4'
Horizontally and 1' Vertically, a Turndown should not be used.
9. For a Paver Deck, if the Vertical Dimension from the Top of the Deck to the Old
(Existing) Ground reaches 30.0' for a 12" Turndown, 36.0" for a 18' Turndown, for
more than 209 of the Turndown Length or the Finished Grade Slope exceeds
(steeper than) 4' Horizontally and 1' Vertically, a Turndown shall not be used.
10. A Screen Enclosure is not to be installed on top of any of the depicted
Turndowns.

1. If a Screen Enclosure is to be installed, the Swimming Pool Contractor must
Coordinate Design and Construction of any required Footer with the Screen
Contractor. Specific Details for Footer to be Provided by the screen Enclosure
