Warranty if 5 years unless registered within 90 days of installation. With Registration. the warranty is 10 Years to initial owner. 16. It is agreed the seller will retain title ownership to any equipment or material that may be furnished until final payment is made, and if settlement is not made as agreed, the seller will be harmless for any damages resulting from the removal thereof.
