Delays in Installation. I agree that Tropical Air is not responsible for delays in delivery or installation due to weather, fire, strikes, war, governmentregulationsoranycausesbeyondTropicalAir's control. Tropical Air's Warranty on Installation is; TROPICAL AIR'S LIMITED WARRANTY ON INSTALLATION In addition to any manufacturer warranty extended to you on the product(s) used (which warranty becomes effective the date the merchandise is installed), if the workmanship (or application) of any Tropical Air arranged installation proves faulty within one year after the completion of installation, then upon notice from you Tropical Air will cause such faults to be corrected by repair at no additional cost to you. If Tropical Air determines that repair is not commercially practicable or cannot be timely made, then, at Tropical Air's sole discretion, Tropical Air may elect to provide replacement or refund.
