Such waste materials and rubbish must be disposed daily by the Subcontractor, at its sole cost and expense. In the event that the Subcontractor fails to comply with this provision, the Contractor may, but shall not be obligated to, dispose of such waste materials and rubbish and charge the Subcontractor for the Contractor's direct cost for such disposal. The Subcontractor agrees that such charge may be off -set against any sums due, of to become due, to the Subcontractor under this Subcontract. 2.8 Prior to the commencement of the Subcontract Work, the Subcontractor shall deliver to the Contractor a detailed list of the Subcontractor's subcontractors, vendors and material suppliers The Contractor may, in its sole discretion, object to any of the Subcontractor's subcontractors, vendors or material suppliers by issuing written notice of objection to the Subcontractor. In the event that the Contractor objects to any subcontractor, vendor or material supplier, the Subcontractor shall propose a substitute subcontractor, vendor or material supplier acceptable to the Contractor_ The Subcontractor shall have a continuing obligation to notify the Contractor of any changes or additions to the Subcontractor's list of subcontractors, vendors and material suppliers during the term of the Subcontract, and the Contractor shall have the right to object to any such subcontractor, vendor or material supplier in accordance with this paragraph. 3.0 THE SUBCONTRACT WORK 3.1 The uubcontractor shall perform the £uboontract Work in £tHot and ontiro conformity with this Subcontract, the Prime Contract and applicable Laws (as herein defined). 3.2 The Subcontract Work is described on the Drawings, addendums, and in Specifications identified on Exhibit A attached hereto and made a part hereof.
